safe has handle on left dial in center and key cylinder on the right.........do i need both combo and key to open...and suggestions thx

If the key cylinder is in plain sight and not covered, then you will need both.

A photo of the entire safe, and a close up of the handle/dial/keyhole would help us a lot in giving you proper advice.

Left side of the screen there are dark blue menus. In the second section of the menu, (Lock Picking Information) there is one called How to Upload/Attach a Pic. Click on that.
