very basic ILCO machine

I saw this for sale a few months ago and didn't bid. I keep lookig at it and like it for a few reason--it looks more compact than others, no brush--which isn't always needed, and it can run off 12V with a motor change.
Can anyone ID this properly? The seller had it listed as a 2M033--but that's the motor. And there's no ILCO 033 made as far as I know.

It's an Ilco 008 or 008A Mini-Mite or a predecessor of it as I do not see a key guide or shroud over the belt.

It's a predecessor to the Ilco 008 machine as it doesn't have two-way vises and is therefore not very useful for cutting double-sided keys

Will the 008 work on doubles-sided keys if you use this method?
And, what ILCO machines (used) will cut double-sided keys with less manipultion?
