photos please! we're gonna need photos.. otherwise it's like calling your mechanic and asking over the phone to determine what is causing that squeaking noise under the hood.
You may upload photos to flickr, photobucket, imgur or any other image hosting site you are comfortable using and then Copy/Paste the link to the .jpg or .png photo into your reply here so we can see what you have.
A picture of the entire front of the safe with the wheels is helpful as well as one that has the dial and handle in clear view and in focus.
Then once we ID the beast, we can tell you how many turns left and right and other useful tips and tricks. Please note we probably can't train you to be a safe cracker over the internet because it's a skill that requires lots of time and hands on to be good enough at it in order to open a safe that you do not have the combination to.
