Looking to buy my first picks

When it comes down to it there is nothing better than manual tools for your Lock pick Set, whether they be retail, homebrew, macgyver style. DIY'ers look here.

Looking to buy my first picks

Postby Albo867 » 22 Feb 2021 4:10

Hi,
after doing some research I found out that for an absolute beginner it is preferable to buy individual picks rather than a set, but I couldn't find what exactly I need.

Welcome to the forum, here is a video from a person named Locknoob going over the best starter set for beginners

https://youtu.be/klwzLePxbZY

I hope that answers your questions, if not let us know what you are still struggling with.

Since I am on a budget, I am looking to buy individual picks and wrenches.

How much is your budget exactly? If you cannot spend more than € 20 to get into a new hobby, perhaps it is not the right time to get into this hobby.

Here is a good beginner set for 20 €

DHL Shipping to your country: DHL International Premium €32.43

You start buying individual picks and wrenches and it will still add up to 20 or more... and you'll have to pay shipping either way for individual picks and wrenches or a pick set.
