I would fabricate a tension tool like in video 2, or go to Sparrows for the Tubular tension tool. Then single pin pick, only turn slightly to keep pins at their depth. Determine cut from this. Will need to check if a Tubular key fits, if so, you will need a Blank. KLOM Makes a Tubular key cutter for under $100. You will have to locate cuts on the blank, then cut to the depths you determined. Not 8 divisions(7 pins) like a tubular. This looks like it is divided into seven, but only using 5. If you are off on your locations, looks like room for a wider cut on the key
