Can anyone point me in the direction of getting open a barrel lock. Utility company shut off gas for failure to pay, I paid in full but they don’t have someone available to come out to take off this lock for another week. I need hot water!

We do not advocate removing locks that are not yours. Removing a lock that is not yours is a crime.
