screws for handles "female screws"

I saw this video on YT... where Lockmasters has replaceable handles. [See link below]
I want to use similar "female" or "Chicago" screws to attach handles, but can't find any with a 1/8" or 3mm diameter post. Everything I have seen or ordered is larger and unuseable.

Has anyone seen anything similar?

Try Googling, or searching Amazon for "Sex Nuts", or "Sex Bolts", or "Rivet Nuts" if M3 is 3mm, did see on Amazon

Try searching for "Chicago Binding Posts" or "Chicago Binding Screws" on Amazon. McMaster doesn't appear to go small enough for this, but Amazon has a lot to choose from down to really tiny.
