hey skold, yesterday i went down to bunnings and bought 3 rivets all the right sizes, bought some wood, it was oak hardwood but it was pretty light  and I bought some sandpaper (coarse, medium, fine, extra fine) and some varnish and last but not least that putty that you said you have, the selleys one

Yeah some oak will be a bit lighter until you carnish it with something dark

k, i just opened up the varnish and its pretty dark, i reckon a few coats of that and bam, there you have shining dark oak hardwood

the length i need them to be about 8 cm in total
2.5 cm for the actualy head of the pick and 5.5 for the handle
here is a rough drawing of wat it will look like

Yeah street cleaner bristles are supposedly great, but I can't find any. Why do you have to use putty? Can't you use some type of other glue or somthing?
