horizontal position

Hello

I am new to this and would appreciate some advice

I have a Yale eurolock in a PVC back door I wish to open. I don't have the key

The keyhole is in the horizontal position and the door is locked and I can't rotate the lock

If the key hole is horizontal position does that mean the pin tumblers are aligned and it should rotate

That depends. I have a couple of Yale dimple locks. A dimple lock would have the keyway perpendicular to the keyway.

Then your best bet is using a half diamond pick.

No, change that. Your best bet is to not pick a lock in use. But to pick a dimple lock, a diamond pick works rather well. My favorite one is one that Femurat made for me a few years ago.

I drilled the lock througth its shear line. See photo. However, to my surprise it is still locked. Any ideas.
