Book? Chicago double-sided key outlines

I remember seeing a book with the "codes" and key outlines for the double-sided keys.

Anyone else remember this, or have one?

That's pretty close. My code is H2823. The book only go up to 2538 or so.
My padlock must be a more recent manufacture.
I'll keep looking, although some of the information in the books regarding blanks is useful.

I think it was in the old HPC code books that had the silhouette for each code.

Yes. The HPC Locksmiths Shop Codes book has the Chcago key silhouettes. I specifically am looking for H2382.

Sorry for the late reply.The code on the lock is H2823. Obviously the codes don't go that high. However, on another board, someone suggested I use the H2382. I am not sure why they suggested this profile/code number, but I'm willing to try it.

The same cut may have 2 different numbers.
Older Alarm Panels used a Fort 204 forever,
To Increase Security? They changed to a BH015.
Identical Keys/Cuts?

We always kept a large ring with every chicago key we ever find on it, many times a dif key will turn the lock far enough to open it

Have a Ring of these myself. If you have a few blanks , you can double the amount of tryout keys by copying keys with blank flipped over.
