Where do people get custom made pinning trays?

Been noticing quite a few people who are using pinning trays with custom names and logos on them and was wondering where all these people are getting their trays from and if there's any design templates available so I can design my own pinning tray.

I think they simply make them.

I have one in wood with the LockLab logo which I bought from Bosnian Bill, which I think he milled from a cheese tray or something. He used to sell them on e-Bay, but I don't know if he does that anymore since he retired.

Then I have one 3D-printed (without any logo or name), made with a file from a site with public domain 3D printing designs. I'm pretty sure that's Bosnian Bill's design as well, but unfortunately I don't have the file or site available. (A friend printed it for me when he got a 3D-printer and was eager to try it out.)
I guess you could modify that with your own name or logo if you're into that kind of thing. (Or simply put a sticker on it.)

Have a couple that were made for me by other members, a few more that I downloaded the files from Thingiverse and printed at home, and one that I designed and printed.

eBay is also a source.
