i specifically mean the type of latch. as you turn the key the latch extends out from the cylinder. the problem is, the latch is reversed. there is no way to fully engage the lock. i do not know how to take it apart, as well.
To remove the T-bolt, turn the key (you'll have to play around with how far and in which direction) and pull up on the latch so the hole on back of lock aligns, then stick something in the hole to release the T-bolt.
