Kwikset key pins

Postby Rugdude234 » 24 May 2026 10:52

Hello, I’m curious I have these Kwikset deadbolt locks and I was trying to get some pins for them, so I can rekey them and mess around with that, but when I look up the key pins for Kwikset locks I get a bunch of different sizes and I can’t find anywhere that tells me how I’m supposed to know which size I’m supposed to get. Can someone help me?
Thank you Phil

I didn’t mean size in length but obviously different size holes for the pins.

Like these bottom pins currently on sale at Foley Belsaw?

If you have a micrometer or a caliper you can measure for the pins you need

OK now I’m just curious so they don’t have like standard sizes then, I would think quickset had a standard and schledge would have a standard, so I need to get a micrometer so I can measure them every time I have to get pins?
