You may be able to modify a pen spring?

I'm trying to make an electric pick out of a Crest Toothbrush and would like to know two things:

1. What type of pick should I put on the end of it?

2. I've found that the little metla thing that makes the toothbrush do it's "thing" moves backwards and fowards really fast, so should I attach the pick at a right angle so it snaps up and down really fast?
(That last one sounds a little stupid but...)

You will find difficulty in using an in and out motion, unless the in and out is around 3-5mm so you can scrub it, i doubt it would work, you will have to try and strip the tooth brush down even more untill you get to the revolving part, then you can modify it to behave like a real pick gun, there seems to be loads of threads on modifing tooth brushes so i suggest you search and read through them, i would not be supprised if someone else on here has already modified the one you have and posted pics as well, the blade you want on the end is just that, you dont have a pick form on the bit as it will not work, you are bouncing all the pins dont forget, use the search button and read the MIT guide along with everything else.

I've read the MIT guide and understand the basic principles of how a lock works and how lock-picking works.
What I'm asking is if I fix the pick/blade onto the metal tip at 90 degrees so it snaps up and down inside the lock like a pick gun, will it work?
Suppose all I can do is try. :?
