European hardware -lever locks, profile cylinders specific for European locks. European lock picks and European locks.

Hi all, Has anyone ever came across these before? They are for anti ligature door locks. They remove and tighten the screws to hold the barrel in place. The shorter one tightens but the longer one loosens but it's a reverse thread. The lock is from ASSA Abloy. Need a few sets as we only have one and it's a children's hospital that they are for.
