I hade a lock on my locker, which was a combo one, wich i forgot the combo for. I had seen how people used shims to open thire locks up. So i got i pop can, and made one out of them it worked great.

I've tried it too. it only worked once, the metal from the cans we have here is too thin. it bends when you apply the necessary force

and by the way, please use the search before starting a new threads. forums get pretty messy if a new thread is started everytime
don't we all hate to see one single subject being spread over 20 different threads :/

well the thing is that it was a dudley lock and the pop can shims keep bending so it's hard to keep opening and shuting i found one way on cookbook that tells how to open them so ill try that!! thx for the help

lol .. think about it..tin-man. stainess is the only way to go for a shim. even as thin as .004 to shim open a AM combo-lock.
