Homemade Computer Picks

I recently made a few computer picks, and was wondering what you guys thought of them and what i could improve on.
the picks were made on an angle grinder and this one was finished with fine sandpaper and a medium chainsaw file.

i have made 3 but only one has been finished properly;

i am planning to make a set of 10 picks and i will post a picture of them when they are all completed.

did you actually use an algorithm to figure out the pick bitings? I started developing one but then got sidetracked a bit.

other than that - looks like very good work

i half used an algorithm for lockwood bittings, just like your self i got side tracked and made half of it up

That is one interesting comp gen pick. more more more more!

When your full set is finished be sure to make a full scale template cuz folks will whine if you don't.

Toy around with Excel spreadsheets for a fast and easy algo.

lol ive always wanted a set of comp generated picks but couldnt find onea these programs ive heard of in which they show you a design or find out logarithems or whatever theyer just confusing. hope to see more. good job!

Depends on the pick - i don't have a bench grinder, so i trained myself in angle grinder fu, i can make some pretty good hpc replicas when i have had some decent sleep and not been partying, i will create some more tomorrow as well as finish the others.\

Algoriths:: i'm way too lazy, but when i go back to school and in the rutine of not being lazy, i will give it a try-

I have started making a case similar to a small southord case for these picks, it won't get finished until my arms heal form the mile swim i did today in the ocean, my arms can barely summon the energy to type, i will post it all when its all done

Your pick looks excellent, but just out of curiosity, what material did you use?
