Can some of you business owners help me out? I'm looking at buying a locksmith company here in the states. I was wondering what an average profit margin might be in this industry. How many calls would an average tech make in one day and what would the average ticket be? I don't want to ask too many questions, and if I am off base asking, please let me know. Thanks in advance for any help.

There are a great many discussions on the forums concerning things such as how to run a business, expected incomes, the work involved, and the sorts of things that you never get paid for, but you have to do regardless.

The best thing you can possibly do is to evaluate your financial needs, and then examine that.

Bear in mind that it costs money to run a business. In many ways, it is like a vehicle and money and effort are the fuel. The objective is to get more out than you put in.

Start in the FAQ forum, and then just keep looking and searching.
