I've ordered 3 picksets from Lockpickersmall.com, along with a pin kit.
So far, they have not ripped me off whatsoever.
In terms of delivery time, neh...they do allright. They don't give really any information as towards the shipment methods they use, or a time consensus. But I dig them...their site is where I get all of my HPC tools, which I prefer, along with Southord and Homemade.
