Banhams - Are they any good?

I have been blessed with 3 Banhams on my front door, an A2001 and 2 M2002's, my query is, are they any good, the M2002's seem to me to have a lot of metal to get hold of with a Stilson "pipewrench" and wrench out of the lock case, although the keys look interesting, "Dimple keys".
BTW some people seem to swear at them some seem to swear by them, what is the professional opinion? as an aside I queried the price, and these cost £475 (they are all keyed to pass the same key) and I was wondering if they represent value for money. As an aside they are fitted in a converted fire door with 16mm "impactex" glass, 3 stainless hinges, hinge bolts, and the frame appears to have "London Bars" and some other metalwork fitted! Your opinion would be appreciated.

an excellent lock, i wouldnt want to play with them very often at all. with those on your door, you just try and get a non destructive lockey to attend.

I have 2 of these to play with and i must say they are superb. The escutcheons are hardplate so that shows how good they are. As yet i havent found a way to defeat them but there must be a way. Rest assured you are in a safe place with these fitted.

Thanks for the answers folks, it's good to know I have some decent gear on my door to keep the baddies out, I was concerned that they might be not what they appeared to be! I was left 3 original keys and a credit card thingie by the previous owners so I guess that I should re-register myself just in case of loss?
