i have been doing lots of searches, and goole searches too. About Carring lock picks in ALBERTA. If a cops stops me can he take them away, can i get ticket? or even go to jail?

The answer to your questions depends on whether or not you posses a PICK license. If you don't, the potential for a fine or jail time is very high.

1. Why are you taking the picks out of your home?
2. Do you need to be taking the picks out of your home.
3. Are you doing anything you shouldn't be doing?
4. Why the devil are you carrying picks around?
5. How bloody likely is it that an officer will stop you if you are NOT doing anything?

6. Why do you have the picks out of your home? (Are we seeing a theme here?)

Just think about this for a while.
