How about experimenting with a simpler problem for starters, Take the GM briggsand stratton sidebar lock, with I think, 6 disc varients and six wafers total. There is already a set of 64 tryout keys, intended to hit the inbetweens of the combinations making it possible to operate them with a little force. This would limit the variables and also develope something so useful that you could make money selling it. By limiting the scope of the problem, you make a smaller and simpler solution possible. The you could make the same type of data crunching work on EVVA 3ks types and produce a second type and make more money.
