I have been searching for a website or link on this forum for definitions
and pictures of different rakes and the names of them. If anyone can help, thanks. Sorry for the english but my hand has stiches in it right now I cut if open at work.

Speaking of wafers, Can you hook me up with a link to learn how to pick these types of locks and what picks I should start out with. I have been trying to read wafer lock posts about this but i'm not getting any luck. Sorry for the spelling, My hand still has stiches in it. I;m going to take them out on wednesday.

Ok, basically they are the same as pins but they use flat metal "wafers" there are no drivers, instead the bottom of the wafer sticks in to a gorrove in the cylinder case.

they are alot easier compared to pin locks, but there are some wafers that can be a .

It sounds like I should be able to do one. What wafer lock should I start out with. A link or name would be helpful Thanks skold for being so nice.

Just a cheap wafer cam lock or filing cabinet lock, no specific brand is needed.

just use a safty deposit box....my parents used to have one that was fun to practice on and i once took one outta my moms desk...they are pretty easy and i can usually get it with just a rake and a jiggle and 20lbs of tension...all around pretty fun locks to play with and reletivly common...ive actually seen "case locks" for like jewlry cases or somthing like that at the hardware store for about 15 bucks. my favorite locks in consideration that they are the easiest =D happy picking
