Rekey Baldwin entry

How can I remove the cylinder from a Baldwin keyed entry without the key. I need to rekey the lock. The dead bolt was no problem as I could slide my shim in from the back side and pick from the front. Help

Not familiar with baldwin enough to be precise, but you will more than likely need to remove the knobset, remove the spindle from the keyed side. From there the shell should be freefloating or close to it.
