Looks like a waste of money.

Hmm well we could but them, or we could hit the lock with a hammer and hope it opens... I dont know about you, but they look plastic to me (they most likly are not plastic) but I agree with everyone else, waste of money.

But for just as much you could get a nice hammer.
If it doesn't seem to make sence, take a minuite to look at who said it... do you still want to know?

You can buy the replacement heads. They are $9.95. Then you can buy an exacto handle for $1.50. So now you have invested USD$11.45, which with my limited math skills is less then USD $41.50.

Even knowing very little about commercial picks and their value, I would have to say that kit is way over proced.

you can host pics in loads of places, photo bucket is one option (www.photobucket.com) no doubt someone will come along and tell me its rubbish  but it works for me, so it'll do! its free, which is my favourite price...

in regards to the picks, why not save your money and download one of the hundreds of pick templates on the site then just modify them to fit? just a thought!....

Actually, it's a very well made emergency pick set. Much better than the aluminum micro-dildo that HPC marketed as a "pen."

Jackknifes are cool too, if you get the right one, same reason why. Handy, emergency pick set. :)

I can agree that the price for this pick is steep but I personally find this pick the best for picking padlocks and other small keyed locks. I even own the smaller sized picks from Rytan and Peterson but this pick gives me the best results. Just my experience...
