hi pickers just wondering if anybody knows anything bout laws about selling-buying lockpicks..... is it open to all publics? i mean, should i e a registered locksmith to buy or sell my picks?.

There is a great thread in the FAQ section of this site on pick tools an legalities. I suspect it will answer your questions. While you're there, read the other FAQs as you will likely find that it helps you get acquainted with this site and avoid brutal attacks of merciless flaming.
