Making your own Falle adjustable tension wrenches?

I'm happy with my current tension tools, but I am interested in the adjustable falle versions. I have the pictures from them, but not certain how to proceed. Anybody whose made their own, care to write a mini description of steps so I can have a rough idea o fhow ot proceed...thanks

No big description here.
They're made of feeler gauges and I use screws with big plastic handles.

the bottom one in the picture looks a little interesting. Is it adjustable? and if so, how is the motion, a pivot or what? just interested in the mechanics of adjustment..

Probably a pivot. Don't see how it'd work if it slid back and forth.

The bottom one indeed works much better for me than the Falle copy.

The gray thing on the left hand is a flat Aluminium rivet (pivot).
The black thing in the middle is a hand screw which allows to adjust it.
