The Foley Belsaw course will teach you how to work on locks and diagnose and remedy problems there in. I know nothing of the other course you mention, and the FB course will give you a graduation certificate upon completion which is all that is neccesary in like 1 or 2 states to become a locksmith, but most states have laws to protect the industry and merely possessing a graduate certificate is not good enough to gain entry into the field (legitamately). Therefore you will also have to figure on apprentising.
Student of Locksmithing and banjo player, so I am always pickin and grinin!
