Just as specialist says really,
I use one of the 3 for home use depending on what i get hold of first,
If you wear glasses for your eye sight get some goggles,
these will allow you to use your glasses underneath,
A face sheild in rare cases could still allow the odd spark to bounce up underneath but not anything to worry about,
Safety glasses are easy, small to store in your pocket and light on your head, the choice is up to you,
If you dont wear glasses normally i would suggest getting a pair of safety glasses,
If you find that you are getting the odd spark in your face and dont like it and cant move your grinder get a visor as these protect all of your face,
As mentioned elsewhere get a bottle of eye wash as well just in case and you will have all the bases covered.
