You're in it. "Locks" is where you will find it, but good luck with that. You could search, but will get many results so here is brief on picking these.
From my knowledge there are two ways to pick them:
One, find a tension wrench that fits the notch (the hard part) and then depress the stiff pins until they set (like a regular lock)
Two, pay some money and buy a tubular pick. These work great, just adjust tension, insert, and wiggle back and forth while pulling out slightly.
Like all locks, it just takes practice. Hope this helped, good-luck.
