I've never ordered from lockpicks.com, but I have ordered from lockpickshop.com and they usually ship out the item the next day. Just a little plug for the site sponsor.

I know exactly how you feel man

I ordered picks a few days ago (5 ish), they were shipped out within 48 hours, but now they're somewhere between Canada and the US (Canada Post says they're coming from the US, US Post saying they're going to Canada. >.<). I'm practically camped out at my front door waiting for them. :lol:
