Greetings!
After reading these forums (thanks), I believe that I ordered a cheap versatile selection for newbie tinkering and possible emergency use:
1) Double-Ended Snake-Hook Pick # SP-02
1) Double-Ended Jag Snake-Half Diamond # SP-03
1) 2-Finger Tension Wrench # TW-231 (good for dust covers?) Picture Link
1) Replacement Tension for BROCKHAGE # TW-10
(double ended spring steel Z and "unique because one end of the tool
is narrow"; comments?) Picture Link
Question: Do I also need a ball or double ball to have success with wafer or double wafer auto door locks, or could I get by with the above snakes, hook, and half diamond for occasional use? I hate to pay shipping, I wish I would have posted this question BEFORE ordering! (premature epickulation)
Thanks for any help
ps- just asking car lock tool advice, not techniques in this open forum
pss- I strive to be self-sufficient, so tools/abilities are crucial thus my interest in lock picking (and it sounds fun and challenging!)
psss- I went all double-ended (cheap) because I 'm unsure if I can even pick at all...
pssss- tried paperclip + screwdriver; VERY unpleasant introduction to lock picking hehehe
