plug spinners

When it comes down to it there is nothing better than manual tools for your Lock pick Set, whether they be retail, homebrew, macgyver style. DIY'ers look here.

Does anybody have any opinions on plug spinners? I am currently shopping and would deeply appreciate any direction that would help.
Thanks!

I have an HPC Flip-itâ„¢...no wait I have two! anyway as far as lockpicking goes it has been a god send, the good news is I don't use it that often, this is not just a tool to use because you've mistakenly picked a lock in the wrong direction, some stubborn locks will only pick "the wrong way".

There are different types of plug spinners to choose from, HPC in my opinion make some of the best quality locksmithing tools on the market.

did you have any trouble with getting it to work right or was it pretty straight forward?

My opinion:

When I find a lock I can only pick the wrong way, that day I'll order a flipit. Hasn't happened yet. I'll let you guys know if it does.

Hey, I have the cheapo one from southord, now im still tossing up between whether it was a good buy or not. The cheapo one actually requires a little, wait no ALOT of practice to learn how to do. I hardly ever use it, but hey it was pretty cheap so when i do come accross that irratating lock that will only pick the wrong way i whip it out and spin the lock. I would reccomend against a noob buying it, but an experienced picker could have some fun. When im practicing i sometimes pick the lock the wrong way for fun. Its somewhat of a toy
So to recap. Noob - NO. Experienced dude - fun toy
