If his mom is making the purchase, there shouldn't be a problem. If she chooses to give the picks to him when they arrive, that is her choice.

Ok
The following statute applies if the customer wishes order to be shipped via US Postal Service; otherwise please disregard.
U.S.C. Title 39 Section 3002a of the US Postal Code specifies that locksmith tools can be shipped via mail only if the buyer can certify that he/she/it can be truthfully regarded as one of the following: A bona fide locksmith, a bona fide auto repossessor, a licensed car dealer, a lock manufacturer, a motor vehicle manufacturer.* By placing your order on our website, and by indicating your agreement of these terms before ordering, you are electronically signing this agreement and certifying to us under penalty of perjury that at least one of the above classifications pertains to you. In the absence of this assurance, LockPickShop (LPS) will not ship to you.
That means NOTHING?

Worst case possible:
They don't ship your order.
Best case possible:
They ship your order.
I don't see what your so worried about. Its' not like your trying to buy a truck load of cocain from some guy off ebay, they are just lockpicks. Little pieces of metal with a pretty leather case.

Order without worries. They label the package as "Tools", and since this isn't an international order, customs aren't really going to care. I guarantee you it will arrive on time with no hassle, and if it doesn't... I'll feel bad about guaranteeing it.

Ok bob, i orderd 2 sets of lockpicks on seperate days to be delivered to me in the UK with different delivery methods off of lockpicks.com. When the stuff arrives it doesn't look like a lock pick attall and the description is "hand tools" i love that. Don't worry about it, you will get them just fine.
happy picking

I ve had em shiped here to Israel and the costoms here did not care at all. Secondly bona fide means real genuine, or woithout fraud. So any one who deals with locks repairs, installs, could technically be considered a bona fide lockamith.
