Since you're asking, I would say the shapes look like they'll probably work well, but the picks are in serious need of hand sanding. Get yourself some 150 grit and 600 grit sand paper and go to town with them.

Nice set. The lengths look ok, apart from the last pick on the right...the transition from the blade (shaft/shank) to the handle should not interfere with any of the front pins, when reaching to pick the rearward pins. Apart from that, good work. As suggested, a little sanding to remove the egdes would be preferrable also.
If it ain't broke.....pull it down and see how it works anyway!

Isn't the last "pick" on the right a tension wrench?

Yeah. It's a little hard to tell, but looking at the shadow, you can tell it sticks up. Its a tension wrench.

Looks like a nice usable set, they could use a polish, belief it or not I finish with a 2000 grit sandpaper (u get it at an automotive store) and I a high quality gun oil to wet sand it (I know I'm a bit anal) but it is very smooth. Also to get a taper front front of pick to back I usually vice the pick with what I want to remove showing (I happen to have a set of digital callipers which helps) and hand file the pick-it gives a nice straight edge.
Anyways, the grips look nice and there a hell of a lot better than my first try
