I can't, but it shouldn't be that hard. Get the majestics, they're better.

There are two types, made by HPC and majestic. Majestic has more permutations to choose from, and they are also less expensive. They work well for me, especially against high security locks, as they allow you at the very least to set several pins at once. Spools and mushrooms are powerless against them. THESE ARE NOT RAKES! so din't use them as such. Insert them into the key and rock it around while "pulsing" the tension wrench. If one doesn't work, switch them out until you find one that does. They're awesome and almost too easy to use once you get the hand of them, I'd say they're at least as effective as electric picks, if not quite as fast.

They don't but I bet they could. If you had two picks side by side, and were able to slide them back and forth slightly, you could manipulate both height and twist. I'm not a craftsman - I have to be breast fed all my tools but I bet a lot of people out there could develop a tool like this, Eric.....

There were some for sale in the for sale section (suprise) on here not so long ago, they may still be up for sale,

I saw a set the other week that appeared to all be on one 'plate' as if hot wired out and you had to finish them off, there were no handles so i guess you had to fit them into a holder and they were around 5mm wide, not like the ones in the link above,

I think they may have been german and possably hpc but im not sure, were these the same thing but for a differant lock?

Do i understand this right in that you would use CGP's as a kind of jiggler but with a separate wrench?
Up untill now i though they were used as a tension as well  like a jiggler set for cylinders, oh well you learn somthing every day, perhaps its time to read the threads on them again.

some of the french ones are sold under the name of "magic keys" in particular in Germany and in USA (MBA tools)

if I remember well there are 32 "picks" which can be used on both sides

I've tried them different times but without a lot of success

I've heard they work well when you know more or less which "picks" work well on a particular lock ... but this knowledge is acquired by a lot of practice with

otherwise it's really time consuming ... spending sometimes one hour on a HS lock with such tools is very common as far as I know by some people using them

I have a set and i find it is hit and miss but as jimmie says once you find which type works on which locks the success rate increases.

Im sure the info is there to make some as you say, lets see if toomush's does them or not and if not we can start working on some perhaps under a specific topic heading so we can get more input.
