looking for a tubular pick

When it comes down to it there is nothing better than manual tools for your Lock pick Set, whether they be retail, homebrew, macgyver style. DIY'ers look here.

Vending machine

Instead of opening a vending machine for the guy buy one of those mini strongboxes that use tubular locks. It will prevent any repercussions and/or legal issues if they arise.

You can get it for $66 including shipping as far as I know (or perhaps cheaper if you look around. Just do a search for the thread

I'm also selling one for $99 (originally $140) if you want a pick that works on all the small-diameter tubular locks as well (much more useful). PM me or look in the buy-sell-trade forum.
