Videos on ward blank impressioning?

I've got this ward masterlock from foley-belsaw and I can't figure out how to impression the blank for it. I was wondering if someone had a video, knows where one is, or can make one that has to do about impressioning blanks for ward locks.

My other suggestion besides smoking the blank would be a dry erase marker in black and see if it works better than smoking the blank. Other than that you could try coating the key with a light coat of bar soap or car wax to see where the wards are stopping the key from turning.

I did the dry erase marker and it worked pretty well.

I wonder if grease pencil (aka China marker) would work. Coat lightly, insert turn and pull back a bit to cut into the marks.
