where to begin

When it comes down to it there is nothing better than manual tools for your Lock pick Set, whether they be retail, homebrew, macgyver style. DIY'ers look here.

My advice would be to get fitted for an asbestos suit if your're going to go around asking questions like that. Look around, spend some time researching the basics. When you hit sticking points, ask and we'll help. Your question has been asked and addressed multiple times.

you do realy need to take a good look about the site. or your going to be flamed.
BBQ anyone?
(runs to shop for lighter fluid )
its like this, there are hundreds of threads on buying and making picks and even more on how to pick. so if you dont search then people here get a little anoyed. as you can understand we get loads of threads like this each week asking the same thing so very few get answered now and they just provide a good place to have a BBQ :D

if you wanna make picks, then you can check out the lockpicking101 section, look at "video in 2 locations". if you wanna buy them, look at the same section, under "what do i buy and where do i buy it".
