Sorry, stock not readily available at the moment but the levers look identical to the Profit and Viscount to me, just a little thicker.
And, like the Profit and Viscount, levers 1 and 4 will have the false gate in the top fence and the lever 6 in the bottom.

Profit are actually ever so slightly differant, and from memory almost all levers are 1mm differant than the invincible on lift heights,
Ive just measured the invincible, but dont have the info here, i will post at tea time or in the morning,

I have in the past studied some Profit and Invincible levers and, apart from the slight difference in thickness, could see no other difference between the actual levers at all. If there is another difference then obviously age is creeping up on me and I need my eyes tested, which is more than possible!
Of course, the lift height may be different as this depends on the distance between the keyway and levers too, and the gauges are different, but the actual levers look identical to me in all but thickness, so if you have got all the Profit measurements you should be able to work out your missing Invincible measurements from that as the actaul height difference between levers should be the same...

Just had a quick measure up and can't believe I've no number 4 lever in any of my locks or lever packs!
Anyway:
#1 Lever = Approx 14.0mm high lift
#6 Lever = Approx 9.9mm low lift
Judging by the measurements of the other levers, #4 should be approx 11.6mm high lift by my reckoning.

Thats exactly it, the invincible levers are mounted slightly higher and i think slightly further back (thats why the profit decodeing method doesnt work the same) otherwise yes the levers are the same except the profits are thinner by around .25mm i think,
Here are my measurements, i dont have a number 2 so maybe???
Anyway, i have measured around 20 keys/locks and averaged the sizes out to get the average, .1-.2 mm is neither here nor there on these locks anyway,
#1 - 14.0mm - notch above gate
#2 - ??.?mm - notch above gate
#3 - 12.5mm - notch above gate
#4 - 11.8mm - notch above gate
#5 - 10.9mm - notch below gate
#6 - 10.1mm - notch below gate
#7 - 9.2mm - notch below gate
Hope this helps.

Kit of what?
I am making an invincible decoder but it keeps getting put back when a new project comes up but ill finish it one day,
The reason im after all key sizes is that im making a chart for all the locks so i can use a depth micrometer for a depth key instead of having loads of keys, at the moment i am working on 114, union, invincible, profit, securefast and the 3 lever era's at the moment,
If you want we can all work together and post our measurements up so we get a complete set as i only have a few 114's and securefasts.

I wouldnt say no, i only have 4 differant levers from 5 locks!
Do you have the paperwork describing the relation between the front and back impression or is that what you are working out?
I havent seen the old kit so dont know the system, any chance of a quick explanation, i thought you read off the front of the lever and then the rear of the lever and then looked at a chart to find the lever number, this method wouldnt use the measurements you have requested so either i have the wrong idea or am not thinking straight and its staring me in the face, unless the lever lift directally coresponds to the front or back markings,
Im getting mixed up thinking about it (too many projects in my mind ) ill go have a look at a lock
