If thats aimed at me you have read my post wrong,

I know the bic trick works and works on many locks but only the poor ones ie kryptonite, i am a believer even though it hasnt worked for me but have still to hear of a decent lock being broached,

I hadnt thought of useing the bits from an original one as i usually start from scratch, i think the cost of a new pick only for it to be cut up is a little much,
I will get on the machine and make it up as i go along i think but base it on a bought one as they work very well, my modified SO one does anyway (7 + 8 pin on the same tool),

If theres any interest i can do a drawing once finished and post up,

I saw a movie of a kryptonite tubular lock being picked by a artliner pen from zekes site. I have never had ago at it though.
