When it comes down to it there is nothing better than manual tools for your Lock pick Set, whether they be retail, homebrew, macgyver style. DIY'ers look here.

Nice Work, WD.
Go and find some sandpaper (medium, fine, very fine and some silicone
carbide 1000 grit paper) to put an awesome polish on your new toys.
If the spare cash is there, get some Autosol polish as well to put a
mirror finish on them.
It makes it all worth while when the picks you have just made
are shinier than the sun. (..and pretty, too.)
If you do a search for this exact phrase, 'Pick AND templates'
the search feature on this site will give you all the matches for the
words, pick and templates.
They are worth having a look at for ideas and shapes and finishes, etc.
Keep up the work, dude. There is also a site for posting new pick pictures,
but I forget where, just do a quick search for that one, too.

Some things may be pick proof, but everything can be bypassed....

In the first link, the picks look they're made outta hacksaws. But you didnt grind down all of the teeth. Lol, just image, your trying to pick a lock when suddenly your hand slips and gets cut up
But all kidding aside, they look like some nice picks, awesome job dude

Yeah, nice picks but you _really_ should sand them! At least use some 600grit dry/wet sanding paper on them. You will get better feedback and your picks wont wear down the pins/keyways too fast.
