[Jovial mood] As acl says, i dont know how you get away with a 32mm hole! I can only get my hand through a 3 1/2" hole to unlock the door from the inside, 100% non destructive if you manage to miss the lock as the owner can still use the lock to secure the door, its a pain when theres a bolt top and bottom as you have to drill another 2 holes but who cares at £300 a hole its all good, Pinky do you offer free doors as well if you have to drill them out?
