You can find the answer using "Search". Search = Good = Not Flamed
But to answer your question at least one good seller is lockpickshop.com

I just ordered from lockpicks.com (sorry lockpickstore.com, but I don't have a credit card and can't prove that I am over 18 ) late Sunday night and sent my money order early Monday morning. I live in Ontario and their building is in California, how long do you think it will take for the order to reach them? 3 days, 4 days, 5 days? Anywhoo, I orded the 11 piece pick set and I am going crazy waiting for the order status to come off "on hold" to indicate they have recieved my money order. I paid $10 more for UPS standard, so hopefully once they get the money order my package will come fairly quickly.

lockpickshop.com - ordered this past Wed/Thur (cann't recall). Easy to deal with, but we'll see what UPS tacks onto this for duty (buggers).
