What kind of lock does this go to?

I supposed you could try bumping a wafer lock :lol:

Randomly influenced by the schlage key.

And bumping wafer locks: The reason that 'you might break the lock' warnings exist. :P

...and try as you might. I will not 'bump' open. At least not until you contend with the base wafer.

There are two different keyways and a left and right variation of each.

You'll find them surprising easy to open with tool designed just for this lock.... surprising difficult (for a wafer lock anyways) without the tool.

Hmmm, looks like this post is running out of steam. Oh well, I'll post this picture anyway in case anyone is interested. This is a picture of the actual cylinder that goes with those keys and the 3 different types of tumblers it takes. Just ignore the other tumblers, they are for automobiles and regular cylinders.

As others have said, this is a wafer lock of rather old (but not collectible old) design. 1307 (SC6) or 1307W(SC22) I think is the Ilco # for the key.

Yup Varj, 1307W is on the Ilco that I have.

The entire lockset has to be taken apart, starting with the inside knob. They aren't too hard, but it's always messy because they are all old and dirty.
