How to pick it????

Postby tajlorey » 12 Aug 2005 20:06

Can anybody tell me exactly how to pick a Kwikset door lock. Not a deadbolt. I have a lockpicking set.
Thanks

Yes I can! Read the MIT Guide to Lockpicking. Then Practice. Eventually you will be able to pick that kwikset lock  .

All jokes aside, there is not magical information that anyone here can tell you that will enable you to pick a lock like magic. Seriously read the MIT Guide and practice. Search the topics on the forums here as there is enough reading material to keep a beginner informed for many months. When you come across something that you cannot find an answer to by searching then post your question here and someone will help you. Other than that welcome to the forums.

*sigh* Google for it my good man.

Re-read the part of zeke's post about searching LP101 for your questions, otherwise you will be greated with a BBQ everytime you post.

Am I the only one who is not enjoying this kinder, gentler side, to Lp101?

Get off it cracksman, I am tired of your mouth. Every once in a while I feel like helping out a beginner so I type out a brief message and help them. If you are just going to to chime in with your normal diarhea of the mouth then just save it. I for one am in no mood to listen to it so just save it mouthpiece.

Is that better cracksman  . Dont want to make you feel like you're not at home :P .

I just spent 10 minutes typing responses to you and deleting them...trying to remember the correct French words for 2-shay

Ever since LP101 went all flower power I've been *ing out a lot more swear words, I've noticed. Man, just let me get this guy!

I've settled the ficus down, it's the god-damn begonias now  They too are asking; "What is this MIT guide you speak of", and "Why should flames fall from the sky and smite us for such a benign question?"

Guys, I think that this is really unhealthy (flower power).
Some of our more 'agressive' members are getting frustrated
and despertate and are close to blowing high pressure rainbows
out of their ears, because I have been getting PMs (not PMS) about
sarcasm that was posted by me, as long as two months ago, from people
who are very regular and have no way of letting off steam.

So I have had a little think and decided that as a public service to the
few that need counselling, to PM me and I will be more than happy to
tell you to go and f*** yourselves.

I too get tired of all the same questions over and over and over  . I just choose to let them go and not reply. I also just do not let it bother me, nor do I let the flames from others bother me. I guess I am just pretty easy to get along with as long as things are being held to proper ethical standards :D .

So I say if you feel the need flame away to stop the newbies from cluttering the forums with redundant posts. I choose to battle the redundant posts simply by not replying to their topics and so far it seems to keep both sides happy  .
