Taiwan/Chinese lock tool site....????????

Anybody come accross a Taiwan/Chinese lock tool site, that has Automotive tools for sale, saw this site on eBay last week selling tools and put the site on my watchlist and went to find it this weekend but eBay in there wisdom removed all trace, the site had high end tools.

I have seen the company site from taiwan, the only site I ever saw that advertizes a papaiz cruciform pick, perhaps you could get a link by using search on lp101 and searching for szhuang or something like that. I think he advertizes for them or at least reviews there stuff.
