There's tons of cool activities you can have at a locksport meeting. You can have speed tests and competitions, have a gauntlet-type activity where you set up a series of locks that people must pick in sequence to finish. I like to use a chain of padlocks. It's also nice to have some sort of a learning section to the meeting, where one member teaches a new technique or skill, or gives some sort of a demonstration on some kind of different lock.
