Bummer.
May have to take off the gallery cap. Try prying it off on each side with a small screwdriver..

It is pulled off. All I have is a tube with holes in it, which I am able to stick a pen straight through (well, i was able to) with a plug stuck in it.

Now be careful with those pins
Consider working over a towel or something to keep them from disappearing.

I did it. I cannot believe it. I did it. Just fiddling, holding it all teh wrong way, then a quick twist of the wrench, and it turned. Ohhh, that is amazing. What a rush. Jeez. And it's that easy. Oh, yeah!!

You should be able to just yank the plug out. You'll kill all the springs but it's better than nothing.
