While you're on the topic of ISEO cylinders, i'll give it a little newbie shot:
I've tried to search for 20 minutes or so, but didn't find anything even close to mentioning such basics as those:

...and I believe that the 8th (or the 1st - depends on how you numerise them. I mean the one on the right) pin is fortified or anti-drill, but as this is the first lock i encounter with such a marking, I want to make sure by asking you.
Is it possible, that this pin could be placed in a different position than the furthest from the cam?
Are there different disginguishing marks of such a pin in different brands of locks?
I suppose that those pins don't have any effect on the picking difficulity level... but is there a way to feel this pin while picking?
Sorry i couldn't provide you with any photos of the lock dissasambled, but i'm having problems with my camera (well..with my brother to be more precise).
